Tested max deadlift 1rm 135kg
Lat pull
20 mins - as many 3 rep sets as possible
52kg (16 sets) I usually do 5 sets of 12 reps of lat pull at 66kg....59kg of recent after not doing any push pull for 2 weeks so this was a little strange rep wise but weirdly effective. After 13 14 sets form definatly took a little dive.
Tested 1rm Bench - loaded 95kg. probly had more but for forms sake I left it there.
Tested 1rm.sqaut - loaded 120kg same again for forms sake left it there.
