Software Developers (Remote, Paid Position)
I am looking for skilled and motivated Software Developers(Native English) to join our team and help build and maintain digital solutions for our growing business.
This is a paid remote position with income-sharing opportunities based on performance.
Requirements
・7+ years of experience in software development
・Strong skills in one or more of the following:
・JavaScript (Node.js, React, Next.js)
・PHP / Laravel
・Python / Django / Flask
・Mobile Development (Flutter / React Native)
・Database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
・Good understanding of version control (Git/GitHub)
・Advanced English (written & spoken) for communication
・Strong problem-solving & organizational skills
・Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
・Reliable internet connection and professional work ethic
Responsibilities
・Develop and maintain web and mobile applications
・Collaborate with the team on technical planning and improvements
・Integrate APIs and third-party services
・Optimize and debug code for performance and scalability
・Assist with technical documentation and reporting
・Communicate progress and challenges clearly
Compensation
・Base pay: $100+ per month
・Income-sharing bonus: 40% of project income based on performance & completed tasks
