Learn from my mistakes!

After much trial and error🤫.... I made a fingerless glove that fits me! Success! Now just have to find free time to make the second glove.

Fastforward a couple of days... Oh, the new yarn tension gadget has arrived and I must install it right away! Too exciting to wait!

Next day .. Time to buckle down and crank out the second glove, finally.

Looks great, all done except for the seam up the sides. Just have to measure against the first glove to see where I put the thumb hole.

Oops, tension really does make a difference. 😳

They are not the same size at all!

That yarn tension gadget works great, by the way. So far, no dropped stitches since installing it. I do love it. Just wish I had considered finishing the pair of gloves first. 😂

(I might have to try to replicate the process for each glove and see if I end up with a "mommy and me" set. My little girl keeps stealing the finished one to wear as it's so cozy and soft, she would love a pair for herself!)
