Big Twist Menagerie

150g, 100% acrylic, 410yd/5.29oz or 375m/150g, weight 3 light worsted DK, S-twist, gradient and self-striping colours. Available in Jo-Ann Stores in the USA. It was available at Spotlight in Australia but just has been discountinued (to my disappointment).

It ran extremely smoothly in the Sentro. It seemed to just glide trough. It also was lovely to handknit and crochet with. It is a very soft yarn.

I was disappointed with the first ball I tried as it had two knots before I did 100 rows in the machine and for some reason the colour pattern between the knots was inverted in comparison to the rest of the ball (see second picture). However none of the other balls I wound had any knots. I came to the conclusion that I was just unlucky with my first ball.
