I’m pretty sure this is best magnesium I have found. I love that it incorporates all of them. I take it nightly at least 2. I subscribe to it through Amazon for $35.95 compared to the regular price $39.95. That’s how much I actually commit to it. You probably should too 😉https://a.co/d/097SDfen
