No G-Tube!
I have a yr old baby dx with mild lissencephaly and microcephaly and undiagnosed symptoms of CP, and mix of high and low tone. He had very little use of his tongue, and was starting to lose weight because he needs to start having food and breastmilk. All the doctors were starting to tell the mom that he was going to need a G-tube soon. I had been seeing him for a few months prior to the Colorado masterclass, and immediately put to use the mouth work. The first time I did it, I didn't get much of a reaction other than watery eyes. The second time, he started biting down on me, and the second I touched his sphenoid, his eyes lit up and it was like he could feel for the first time. I had to be very gentle, and continued to release the tongue. This is the 3rd week I think, working on him 2x a week, and his head is changing, his primitive reflexes have kicked in big time, and at OT he ate more than he ever has. He had a doctors appt this morning and they weighed him-he has gained 11oz just this week and most likely won't be needing a G-tube anymore! I almost started to cry. Thank you Simon and Jen for equipping me to save more lives! Can't wait to see you again.
Magic
2nd day implementing technique from this weekend... even my staff has noticed the way my practice members are standing booking their next visits at the front desk. Cervicals are on point-I can't wait to get everything else dialed! I am finally getting the neurological responses I was getting precovid, and couldn't be happier.
It's working
Following up from my case where my client had more snoring post a sphenoid lift adjust. I was all prepared with the balloon exercises that Simon had suggested to help. Before I could even speak he said "I don't know what you are doing but its working! My snoring is gone completely". So this is my win for the week, trusting in the process even when I am unsure myself how to explain it, or reverse engineering what's happening.
