33 year old with multiple thoracic disc herniations
I’ve been looking after this man for over a year now, had initial success but hit a plateau. He just got an MRI done, and with his permission I’m attaching it below.
He gets recurrent T11 pain that clears briefly with a form manual adjustment, but always comes back quickly. Is there anything else I can do for him? Thoracic disc herniations are more difficult than lumbar to access for flexion distraction.
