I have a 11YO boy with ADHD. He is very active and plays various sports. He seems like a great kid in my office but he is struggling in school. He has to be asked multiple times to stay on task. He will also be asked by his teacher to take a break and take a walk so he can refocus. I am adjusting with activator and also doing the mouth protocol. I will start incorporating the breath protocol next visit. He gets great grades when he does his homework and is kept on task. Mom is feeling very defeated as what else to do with him. He does eat fruits and vegetables. Mom packs his lunch. I encouraged her to add more protein to his lunch especially since he eats lunch at school at 1030 and school ends around 3. I suggested glycine but he took it twice and decided he did not like it anymore. I gave suggestions on how to hide it so he can't taste it. What else can I suggest to mama?
