Update on championship circuit
Hello fellow chess people today I played in a ladder competition at the chess club I go to to get my 3rd championship point I only played 1 ladder game and it was against a 1840 online rapid player who challenge me,
The opening was fine it was some kind of Symmetrical english I forgot to record the game but cut to the chase I got into a engame and it was a complete drawn the kingside had a completely locked pawn structure and neither side could break through without taking a big risk, but despite it being a completely draw engame I played some rook d5 move and my opponent played bishop d4 trapping my rook on d5 which lost me the game if I had at least squeezed out a draw in this game I would've gotten my 3rd championship point which would've been great but sadly I fell short in a drawn engame
