This course is about money through a mental health lens—what it’s like to budget when your energy fluctuates, pay bills during burnout, and plan for life when your capacity isn’t consistent. We’ll get into realistic budgeting (not restrictive ones), systems that reduce overwhelm, money shame and how to untangle it, planning for bad mental health days, and building financial habits that work with your brain instead of against it. This isn’t about hustle, perfection, or “just trying harder.” It’s about safety, sustainability, and making money feel a little less scary and a lot more manageable—at your own pace.
