This week we're focusing on something simple but important—understanding the equipment, ingredients, and why each piece matters before brewing begins. Confidence doesn't come from rushing. It comes from understanding why you're doing what you're do. One of our favourite moments was seeing the next generation join the conversation too. Watching families learn together is exactly why we created Chefs By Design Skool. This isn't about making the "perfect" kombucha. It's about building confidence in the kitchen, one step at a time. During our Orientation meeting tomorrow at 12pm MST (link is located in the Calendar Tab on July 9) where we will discuss your situation and offer suggestions how best to organize your plan! Feel free to use this Kombucha Thread to ask any questions along the way. If you cannot make the meeting tomorrow we will DM you to set up a 1:1 video call. *First question: how much kombucha do you intend to drink each month? If you want to get a jump start on planning, here are links to items we recommend(you may find other suppliers better suited), each scenario is different so there may be options with each item. Hi everyone! 💙 In just 2 days, we'll be beginning a special guided kombucha experience together, and I wanted to personally invite anyone who's been thinking about joining us. Over the years, Tyler and I have realized that this has never really been about kombucha. It's about building confidence. It's about slowing down, creating healthier rhythms, and discovering that your kitchen can become one of the most empowering places in your home. For the next 8 weeks, we'll be guiding our group step-by-step as we brew, learn, ask questions, and explore what we call Beyond the Beverage—using kombucha as a gateway into real food, fermentation, and practical kitchen confidence. If you've been watching from the sidelines, wondering if now is the right time... This is your invitation. 💙 And if you know someone—a friend, family member, neighbour, or colleague—who has been wanting to improve their health, learn something new, or simply reconnect with cooking, I'd be honoured if you shared this opportunity with them as well.
