Cheer | The Coaches Training Institute is an education and community-based space for cheerleading coaches who want more clarity and confidence in how they train.
Inside, coaches gain access to practical resources, structured guidance, and ongoing support to improve practice planning, skill development, and decision-making throughout the season. This is where coaches learn how to translate what they see on the floor into focused training that supports long-term progress.
Members receive video skill analysis, monthly training calls, and direct access to Coach TJ to help make coaching decisions more intentional and effective throughout the season. All while being supported alongside a community of coaches learning and growing together.
This space is designed for coach development and exists to provide the mentorship, structure, and support for coaches with real-world tools they can use immediately in their programs.
