Product Market Fit
There is much to say on Product Market Fit and its extremely hard to do. I have been trying for 5 years going on 6 but what I do is, when you get it, you know as everything else takes off around you!

Basically if you can sell the idea and get cash for it without the product then theres a good chance you have product market fit - not guaranteed though.
