RECRUITING AN OPERATIONS MANAGER AT OUR 7-FIGURE AGENCY

We have 100 active clients and are on pace to be at 125+ by Q1 of 2025 and in order to do so, are looking to recruit a KILLER operations manager to dial in our systems and processes, and manage the day to day

DISCLAIMER: We DO NOT want to work with an agency, a freelancer with 15 clients, or anyone who isnt willing to go ALL IN on working with our team here at Pinpoint Scaling

Responsibilities will include:

Building new systems using Google Sheets, Make, Go High Level, & Monday
Turning ideas into processes
Creating bootcamps and team SOP’s around specific systems
Streamlining our KPI tracking and data
Collaborating with the team on what is needed
Hosting daily team meetings
Identifying constraints in the business
