Hi, everyone. I am back.
Chatbots have come a long way, baby!
From simple bots that could (sometimes) answer text chats to advanced VoiceAI that is INCREDIBLE.'
Lately, my clients are becoming higher ticket with longer contracts.
They are ALL IN on AI and use it everyday!
But they need LOTS of help and TBH they don't use it that well most of the time.
