Bot responding perfect then all of the sudden it's not

This is what concerns me about going live with clients. I've tested and tested and tested and finally got the bot to respond perfectly. Then all of the sudden it responds like this...

Here is the response:

Why would it put "[insert booking link] and say go to the booking page...?!?!?!
