Character Dept is a free casting department for AI characters that look dead serious and are not. Create an original character people can't unsee, keep its face identical in every shot, give it ONE signature move, and launch it on TikTok and Instagram with $0 tools.
Start with the free class, Cast Your First Viral Character. Then go deeper: Character Design, Viral Clip Lab, Feed Building, Growth, Monetization, The Viral Vault (prompt packs) and The Character Lab (the One-Frame Test, the 10-in-14 sprint, building a universe).
Every lesson is shown on our house cast, the Department of Standards: Professor Pettigrew, Sunil 'The Handlebar', Bobble, Peanut, Mireille and Mr. Tanabe.
Rules: original characters only, no lookalikes, family-safe, AI label on every post, no income promises, no crypto. Ever.
