Today I asked my body....
Today I asked my body what she needed, which feels revolutionary after a lifetime of powering through, shrinking myself, and pretending I didn’t hear her.
I expected her to ask for more discipline.
More protein.
More water.
More movement.
More of the “fixing” I was taught to chase.
But as the warm water traced the stories etched across my skin—the stretch marks, the softness I once judged, the weight I’ve carried that was never just physical—I felt her truth rise quietly, like a woman finally feeling safe to speak.
She whispered:
“Could you give me a place to rest? A space where I’m not wrong? Could you love me like this…so I can become what I’m meant to be?”
And that’s when I knew: this journey isn’t about forcing ourselves into smaller versions of who we are. It’s about releasing the heaviness—the emotional attachments, the fear, the old narratives—and coming home to a body that has been waiting for safety, softness, and devotion.
This is the work we do here.A sanctuary where your body is not a problem to solve, but a woman to come back to.Where you learn to release what weighs you down and nourish yourself into the light.
If your body has been whispering too…you are welcome in this sacred space.
