Frustrated over here!

As most of you know, I have been researching patio homes to build in Ephraim. My father is in charge of the project and told me what he was planning. I talked with property managers, went to visit communities and created a PowerPoint for him. One of the first things he told me is he “changed his mind, that will never work.”

I was defeated. I had put in so much effort into this idea.

I’m ok now. We’ve decided to build houses on the lots and sell them that way.

I’ve bought a real estate course that will help me study. I’m getting my real estate license.
