I am needing suggestions or opinions…
We are looking to build 16 homes on 1/4 acre lots. Each home will be around 1600 sqft. Single level living with a basement. We want to include a service of being visited 2 times a day (if needed) the visits include reminding them to take their meds, make sure they have food and eating meals (meals on wheels is available in this area). I don’t know if the check in person has to be an RN or something. We are wondering if an individual who is certified in first aid is enough. No medical assistance. They must be mobile, self sufficient and of sound mind (sorry, I’m not sure how to word that properly). Check ins are also in case of falls. These property lots are going to be very desired due to its location. We are also going to rent them. Does anyone have questions or comments? This is a very new venture for me. I’m excited to be working along side my Dad! I’m in charge of marketing!💝🤩💖
