I created this community because I know how isolating and confusing ME/CFS, Long Covid, and post-viral illness can feel - especially when you’re trying to navigate it alone 💚
Most of you will know me from my content, where I focus on practical, honest, and realistic frameworks for improvement 🙋♂️
