A few weeks ago, we switched to n8n and built automations to 10x the productivity of our outbound team. Here's how:

Automation 1: Automated Tasks

We created an AI agent named Javis. Its job? To analyze each salesperson's profile and their SOPs, then generate personalized tasks for them.

These tasks are sent via Slack.

Javis splits the workday into three sessions and sends tasks three times a day.

Automation 2: Automated Reminders

Javis also keeps track of upcoming meetings.

It sends reminders to the team so they never miss a meeting.

Since implementing this, our team shows up for meetings earlier and more prepared.

Automation 3: Public Announcements of Achievements

When a team member hits a goal or completes a task, the system detects it and announces it to the whole group.

Everyone can see the progress and cheer each other on!
