How We Restructured Our Campaigns to Maximize Bookings

Instead of sending the same message to everyone, we added little personal details—like something specific about their business. It really made a difference.
3. Followed Up Faster
We used to wait too long to follow up. Now, we follow up within hours, thanks to a neat little slack automation that pings us anytime someone responds. It works like magic!
4. Used Tools to Stay Consistent
Instead of doing everything by hand, we built custom tools to track follow-ups and track replies. This made sure we didn’t miss any leads.
5. Tested What Works
We tried different subject lines and message styles to see what worked best. Now, we keep using what works and stop doing what doesn’t.
