Hi!
Hello everyone! My name's Didrika and I'm from Sweden. I've been studying a uni course in the basics of computer communications for the last ~2 months while working in 2nd line helpdesk. I'm planning on beginning my CCNA studies fr as soon as that's finished to hopefully transition into a NOC role (yey for less customer interaction). Found this group on Reddit, you all will be such a valuable resource so thanks for the invite!!
