Hi everyone, my name is Hanz. I currently work in IT as a Tier 1 Help Desk employee. Looking to get my CCNA by going through JITL. This will be my first technical cert so let me know if you guys have any advices. I like to watch random YouTube videos or go hiking with friends when I get the chance.
