Today I cooked up some medium grass fed ground beef burgers (1lb) to medium rare. At first, it was repulsive and I was extremely hesitant on eating the burgers. But I forced myself to try some, and I enjoyed it. I never really enjoyed the taste of meat before this. My only idea why is, because the meat I used to have would be always well-done.
Tomorrow I’m gonna try a raw egg 🥚
