Hi my name is Terrel and I am a Fitness addict 😂. I have been lifting really heavy weights, running and training jiu jitsu consistently and the last days I was telling my girlfriend I feel burnt out and my tendons and joints are starting to hurt. Don't get me wrong Carnviore and training has been a DEADLY combo which I am sooooo grateful for because I feel like Superman but in reality we are human and we need to rest.
So I will be taking a week break from fitness but obviously will still be carnivore (that will never change).
I say this as a reminder to everyone who workouts that if you are feeling burnt out from your workouts don't forget to listen to your body and REST. This is a marathon that we are all in, not a sprint.
My goal in life is to be that 70-80 year old man that can still lift, run and teach my grandkids jiu-jitsu moves (god willing). I still want to be able to travel, enjoy retirement and not be homebound.
