⭐ Ingredients
  • 1 lb chicken tenders (or sliced chicken breast)
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Optional: ½–1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Optional dip: sugar-free ranch or spicy mayo
⭐ Instructions
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the egg.
  3. In another bowl, mix parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper.
  4. Dip chicken in the egg, then into the parmesan mixture, pressing to coat.
  5. Place pieces in the air fryer without overlapping.
  6. Cook 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
⭐ Tips
  • For extra crunch, add crushed pork rinds to the coating.
  • For a spicy version, add cayenne or chili powder.
  • Use chicken wings or thighs for a fattier keto version
