Big congratulations to Silas 😊
Today we officially received the PO for a $900,000 conversion contract for 50 vans.
What makes this win even more meaningful is the story behind it. Silas first won this contract back in 2024, and we successfully completed it. In 2025, the same contract came back around, we bid again, and lost by approximately $300,000.
Most people would have walked away at that point.
Instead, Silas stayed with it, kept watching for the opportunity, reached back out to our subcontractor, bid the project again, and this time won the contract as the agency expanded and requested additional vans.
Honestly, it taught me something about persistence, consistency, and not giving up on opportunities.
My daughter and I laughed because he’s been this way since he was little — once he set his mind on something, he stayed on his dad until he got it done 😊
Proud moment for our team and excited for what’s ahead.
It’s never too late to keep growing, rebuilding, and pushing forward. Keep up the great work Silas!
