The Three Levels of Work
Level 1: Skill Awareness
You know how to do the work. You're competent, dependable, and experienced.
Your skills are applied where they’re needed by your job, your role, your environment. They create results, stability, and income.
This is where most professionals stay. It's functional. It works but the direction is external.
Level 2: Skill Intention
You start using your skills with intention.
Not just to perform but to express something you stand for.
You become more selective:
  • How you show up
  • What you say yes to
  • Where your energy goes
Your work begins to reflect values, meaning, and contribution, not just output.
This is where people feel the pull toward something more not because they lack skill, but because skill alone is no longer enough.
Level 3: Integrated Expression
Your skills, intention, and faith come into alignment.
Your work is no longer separate from who you are. It becomes a channel for service, impact and integrity.
At this level:
  • You can clearly explain what you do and why
  • You make decisions faster because your criteria are internal, not external
  • You stop waiting for permission, validation, or perfect certainty
Your faith is not an idea layered on top of your work. It becomes the decision filter behind how you prioritize, choose, and act.
