Has anyone installed this SuiteApp and have connected it with Claude.ai? We are having issues having the connection in Claude staying connected to NetSuite.
Update Oct 30th - NetSuite support is loving us....they still can't seem to figure it out, it still doesn't work with the MCP Standard Tools SuiteApp. Case Response: "We have filed the following defect on your behalf: Defect 844988 : MCP Tools > Connection to Claude > Disconnected. Alternate Solution: None"
FYI your account manager can be used to escalate your support cases (I did not know this) and our account manager also got his manager involved. Definitely made a difference in response time from support as well as the urgency level assigned to the defect.
