Eeeck my ketones reading is off the chart on my monitor, it’s just reading HI. I assume that it’s a reading >8.0
I feel this is excessive and not beneficial.
My glucose was 3.8.
So my GKI 0.5
So a great GKI !!! , but I feel uneasy about such a high ketone reading.
Am I correct ?
My meals yesterday
Meal 1 - previous meal was 19hr prior
x4 poached eggs
70g beef bacon
Homemade hollandaise 1yolk, 50g butter
Meal 2 - 5hr later
170g scotch fillet
35g butter
Only “exercise “ was 3hrs of easy office cleaning
