je / j' — I (written) / j' (spoken)
tu / t' — You / t' (spoken & casual, never formal)
il / y — He / y (spoken)
elle / a — She / a (spoken)
PLURAL
nous / on — We / on (spoken — replaces nous in everyday speech)
vous — You (formal or plural)
ils / y — They, masc. / y (spoken)
elles / y — They, fem. / y (spoken)
Mixed group (men + women)? Always use ils.
