Pays masculin — au

Pays pluriel — aux
aux États-Unis / aux Pays-Bas
Régions et provinces — same logic
en Ontario / en Californie / en Bretagne
au Québec / au Texas / au Yukon
aux Laurentides
Cities always get à. For everything else — en for feminine, au for masculine, aux for plural!
