🤔 Four Hours In
Imagine your organization has been operating without critical technology for four hours.
The initial disruption has passed.
People are looking to leadership for direction.
Customers are waiting.
The pressure is building.
Here's my question:
What's the one leadership decision that simply cannot wait?
There isn't a single correct answer.
