How to unlock muscle up and front lever
I've been working out for a while now, going to the gym and stuff, but I wanted to learn how to do thr front lever and muscle up. Could anyone tell me the best progression guide to unlocking both, and how many sets etc? I can do 15 pull ups and 55 push ups. Ty
