SMART goals
when trying to achieve something great for example (front lever) you need to be SMART when setting that goal. Instead of just saying “I want a front lever,” you break it down into a structured plan that actually leads somewhere.
SMART stands for:
Specific
Measurable
Achievable
Relevant
Time-bound be more focused on small goals and you'll feel more confident; ready
