goals of this academy
I started this academy with 2 real goals in mind.
first, I wanted to take the knowledge that I have gathered myself and have access to through my network to educate stoners that want to enter this industry. making this both instruction on how to grow their own smoke or garden, but also a potential career path. something as basic as taking the time to learn cloning process could land someone a higher paying and likely more enjoyable position
second to connect the knowledge of the cannabis industry to none-stoners so, they can learn what we have over decades of hiding our grows indoors to use on their own gardens, indoor or out. the stoner community may like weed in tents, but maybe other communities would enjoy learning to turn their pantry into an indoor garden for fresh strawberries year-round. I think as we bring ideas from both of these communities together, we will find some interesting paths to walk.
