The name finally fits.
If you've been here a while, you knew this community as Calibrate.
That name never sat right with me. I couldn't articulate why until recently, but there was always this low-grade friction—like wearing a shirt that's almost your size but not quite.
Here's what I finally understood:
Calibration is what you do to machines. You adjust them to a fixed standard. You dial them in until they hit the correct setting.
But that's not what we're doing here.
What we're doing is learning to attune. To perceive what the environment offers. To adapt to what's emerging. To read the game as it unfolds—not as we planned it.
Calibration is mechanical. Attunement is alive.
So: we're now Attune.
Same mission. Same community. Same people. Same work.
The container finally matches what's inside it.
What's new:
- The community is now Attune. You're already here. Nothing changes about your access or membership. Just a name that actually reflects what we're building.
2. Signal/Noise is now live. This is the newsletter arm of Attune. Weekly essays filtering conventional wisdom to find what actually works in skill acquisition and learning.
If you're in this community, you should be subscribed.
Free subscribers get the weekly signal.
Paid subscribers get deep dives, full archives, and direct access.
Founding members get all of that plus monthly office hours and input on direction.
3. The ecosystem now works together.
