I’m glad this weather is cooler but not looking forward to next week - temperatures are back up and a 2 tier cakes needs making 🙈 But here’s one I made last night, along with 30 cupcakes. I think I’ve made at least 3 of Ava’s birthday cakes now ❤️

I’ve been so tired and stressed but I have managed to get all my cakes done so I thought I would share them with you wonderful people. A wedding cake, a birthday cake and a baptism cake. 💕🤗

At my golf club I offered to make a cake as a raffle prize. One of the ladies won and wanted a simply cake . Her family with grandchildren are over from Asia where they work. So she wanted a chocolate cake with buttons. I did a Swiss buttercream with Nutella . It was fun just doing a simply cake. But the weather with the buttercream does not help.

Well today I have had the most fabulous day! I competed with my cakes and I achieved some wonderful results! 💕🤗🎂 1st best in class for gluten free cake 1st best in class and a trophy for best cake overall for rich chocolate cake 1st best in class for coffee and walnut cake 1st best in class and best in segment for iced slab no cake 3rd for carrot cake 3rd for fatless cake I can’t express how pleased I am! 🤗🤗💕💕

If anyone feels they have had bad days you’re not alone. I have had nothing go right today (I’m so stressed). Covered a cake, stripped the cake, re covered, got all decorated to find I’d put words wrong way round.🙈🙈 1 hour later and words removed and re placed. Nightmare day. Here is said cake. 😤😤 I’ll be so glad to see the back of thus cake. 🙈
