Win : yesterdays new leg day B we’re doing now was 🔥. I struggled w feeling my glutes when doing Bulgarian squats at first I was feeling it a lot in my quads , but I focused and up the weight and I improved my mind to muscle for sure , felt it in my glutes 🤧
Struggle : need to get better at packing my meals this week it was hard . having to figure out what I was gonna eat when I’m already busy was not it 💀
Next move : kill my next gym sesh 🙂↕️, and keep up w my protein and overall consistency.
