Win : I cut off some time on my mile time ๐Ÿ˜œ! In 5 weeks I went from a 18min mile to a 14 ๐Ÿคง Iโ€™m getting better and have the endurance to do more than one mile
Struggle : because of my schedule , I do a lot of night workouts and runs but I love morning workouts however today I didnโ€™t eat before training w brandon today and I had no fuel to push me and I felt so weak ๐Ÿคง
Next move : continue to stay consistent and eat good . I want to hit 5 miles by the end of this month ๐Ÿ˜ฉ thatโ€™s my goal ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ
Also did my 24 min of cardio : it was a night run I struggled today but I cut off my mile time so Iโ€™m taking the win ๐Ÿ˜ญ
