Win : I cut off some time on my mile time ๐! In 5 weeks I went from a 18min mile to a 14 ๐คง Iโm getting better and have the endurance to do more than one mile
Struggle : because of my schedule , I do a lot of night workouts and runs but I love morning workouts however today I didnโt eat before training w brandon today and I had no fuel to push me and I felt so weak ๐คง
Next move : continue to stay consistent and eat good . I want to hit 5 miles by the end of this month ๐ฉ thatโs my goal ๐ซถ๐ผ
Also did my 24 min of cardio : it was a night run I struggled today but I cut off my mile time so Iโm taking the win ๐ญ
