Whenever you create a new Bitcoin only wallet, the app you use to create the wallet will give you a recovery phrase.

A recovery phrase is a string of 12 or 24 words that you can use to install your wallet on another device or to reload your wallet to the device you’re using now in case there is a problem.

It’s important to take good care of this phrase to make sure you can always get to your Bitcoin
