New LOI Metrics
Will be doing advanced LOI tracking metrics as I start to scale out my operation. I am building this software out to allow me to be a one man army
I will be tracking LOIs sent, response rates, and various Deal statuses on why deals fell apart due to terms, monthly payment, etc.
There is a new KPI tab where you can update these statuses
