Hey there!
I'm Heather, happy to be here! After being in & out of corporate as program manager, I have once again taken my BIG LEAP back into coaching after years of limiting beliefs, shadow work and having a cushy soul sucking job, I am now FREE of the golden handcuffs!
I (once again) am a transformational life & wellness coach, EFT practitioner, energy healer and lover all things woo-woo and natural.
I help women to connect deeply their aliveness – to heal their body, mind, spirit. I do this by working with the 4 lower chakras and the "4 Triggers of Inner Resistance".
My work is a multi-dimensional weaving of my own life experiences, resiliency, studies and practice.
