The BSE Pitch Framework
(*Each pitch should be short, specific, and compelling — think of it as your two-minute clarity test.)
  1. Name of Company/Product/Service
  2. Problem — What specific pain, inefficiency, or gap are you solving?
3. Solution — What are you building to solve it?
4. Progress / Validation — What traction, experiments, or early signals do you have?
5. Ask / Need — What support, feedback, or introductions would accelerate you right now?
6. Next Step / Milestone — What’s the next measurable goal on your roadmap?

(Example Pitch:) Name: Freestyle Consulting + WarTable.ai
Problem:
Small-mid size companies struggle to diagnose, visualize and execute their operations across systems, fragmented technology, and limited business knowledge and many lack the expert manpower to effectively progress their business in complex industries.
Solution:
We embed our consulting team directly inside client operations and leverage our proprietary platform (WarTable™) built on Business Systems Engineering (BSE) principles. WarTable connects every business engine into a single operating dashboard: tracking actions, visualizing progress, automating diagnostics, and integrating real-time data across departments while our team assists owners/managers in execution and actionable projects.
Progress:
We are currently embedded with multiple clients across industries (General Contracting/Construction is our main target market). We are actively recruiting new client prospects and launching social media campaigns to raise brand awareness. WarTable is in prototype phase, with live deployments in select engagements. We’re now raising funds to launch our Beta version, scaling its analytics and automation capabilities.
Ask:
We seek referrals and prospect clients to partner with and demo the WarTable dashboard. Also looking for examples of effective client KPI dashboards or integrations that we can learn from.
Next Step:
Onboard 2-3 new consulting clients & launch 3-5 more WarTable pilots; build our social media platform and content engagement to over 5K followers by end of year.
