The hardest part of starting an online business isn’t the idea
It’s picking one idea and actually doing something with it. I’ve noticed it’s ridiculously easy to spend weeks bouncing between SaaS ideas, digital products, AI tools, affiliate marketing, content businesses… and somehow end up with 17 tabs open and nothing shipped. A workflow that’s been making more sense to me: 1. Pick one problem Something specific enough that you can explain it in one sentence. 2. Build the smallest useful version Don’t try to create the finished business on day one. A basic landing page, prototype, template, or simple tool is enough to start learning. 3. Use AI to speed up the boring parts Research, brainstorming, copy, coding, documentation, competitor analysis—you don't have to do every little task manually. 4. Keep the work organized in one place I’ve been liking Floment for this because I can keep project tasks, ideas, and the actual day-to-day work together instead of spreading everything across random notes and tabs. 5. Get it in front of people early Feedback from actual humans beats endlessly polishing something nobody asked for. The goal isn't to find the perfect business idea. It's to pick something reasonable, build a small version, learn from it, and decide what to do next. Curious, what are you currently building or thinking about building?
