I love connecting with nature in my free time it helps me build the motivation to come back scale my business further. Having of Team of 7 People is sometimes exhausting but I love to work with my team as they love to work with me and that's how your work culture should be... I have done my effort as CEO to a consulting firm but I am not alone other 2 co founders help me take this time out so they manage things meanwhile and that very important for lesson of outsourcing.

I always encourage other entrepreneurs to outsource work as it helps them to think rationally and focus on big picture.
