As we move toward the new year, I’ve been noticing a quiet shift in myself. Instead of asking, “What are my resolutions?” I’m asking:
Inside this space, we work with reflection, self-trust, and nervous-system awareness so it makes sense that we look at change this way too.
- Identity → habits → outcomes.
When I connect first with the identity of who I’m becoming, the habits feel gentler and more natural and the outcomes arrive as a side effect instead of a test I have to pass.
For me, I’m becoming the woman who tends this school with steadiness, letting insight settle into lived experience, instead of rushing myself or the work.
My habits are small: consistency, listening, planning slowly, showing up with presence.
I’d love to invite you into the same reflection:
- Who are you becoming this year and what one simple habit will help support that becoming?
Share only if it feels right. We move without urgency here.
