Module 2 — Safety First: Nervous System & IntuitionThis module explores how nervous system state shapes perception, why intuition can feel distorted under stress, and when pausing interpretation is actually the most intuitive choice.
Module 3 — Embodiment: Learning to Listen from the BodyThis module shifts intuition out of the head and into lived, embodied awareness — including how the body communicates yes, no, and not yet, and why presence is a foundational intuitive skill.
There’s no rush to move through these. You’re welcome to take them at your own pace, revisit lessons, or sit with them quietly before reflecting.
